We only supply to the Sunderland/ Washington area as we personally deliver every item that we sell. We do not offer on-line payment or shipping elsewhere. This is quite deliberate as we are a small local company offering excellent service within our area- not a mediocre service to the rest of the world! We have a reputation to maintain! If we sell something then it will work! We only sell products that we would use ourselves. Because they are refurbished they may have scuffs or shiny areas on the covers or palm rests. Very minor scratches. Nothing horrible. With laptops we cannot guarantee how good the battery is- it will work without the battery but we cannot say for how long. It will. of course, always work on the mains.
